“We are delighted to welcome Wendy, yet saddened by Melissa’s departure,” said Brian Gleason, Des-Case president. “Despite our loss, we support her decision and recognize her need to put family first.”
Allen brought to Des-Case a wealth of experience in public relations and marketing. She had prior experience with leading Nashville ad agencies handling industrial accounts. Allen will leave in mid-June and will continue to provide consulting work for Des-Case.
“I am confident the organization will continue its unprecedented success and I look forward to assisting in any way that I can,” said Allen.
Watts brings several years of experience in marketing, graphic design and website design and development to Des-Case. She was most recently employed with the Masonry Institute of Tennessee as programs manager. Past experience also includes marketing positions at Calvin Klein and Glazer and Kalayjian Design in New York. Watts holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in studio arts from the University of Georgia.
Watts will assist in generating marketing and brand identity programs to support aggressive growth plans. This includes developing advertising programs and
